Green Cross Veterinary Products, led by CEO Na Seungsik, has announced that as part of their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts in celebration of their 50th anniversary, they have conducted volunteer activities and provided medical support for rescued animals. On April 29th, at the Yongin KDS Rainbow Shelter, approximately 50 participants, including Green Cross Veterinary Products' employees, cooperating veterinarians, the theater group 'Smile,' and the 'Your Side' volunteer group, gathered for this volunteer event.
The participants engaged in a wide range of activities to aid the shelter. This included essential medical support such as vaccination and basic checkups for the rescued animals, as well as various tasks like cleaning kennels, washing dishes, tidying up, and creating emotional bonds with the animals. In addition to the volunteer activities, Green Cross Veterinary Products donated various medical supplies, including the world's first individual influenza vaccine (H3N2 type) called 'CanifluMax,' heartworm prevention medicine, disinfectants, and more, to support the shelter's efforts in animal welfare.
